Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the application, including administration of user accounts and reference data
- testing and scheduling of upgrades
- monitoring of data quality
- Development of reports and dashboards to support service decisions
- Providing training and support to users across departments
- Working with clinical, technical, and IT teams to improve system use
- Supporting system development and process improvements
Requirements
- A degree in a business-related or scientific/technical/computing subject
- Demonstrable experience in systems administration to manage a complex multi-user application
- Proven skills in both database management as well as data analytics
Qualifications
Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
Good interpersonal skills and a flexible and methodical approach to the required tasks.
Experience of working within a healthcare context is an advantage.
