Responsibilities
- Lease and pre-lease apartments.
- Compile and organize complete application packages for submission to the main office.
- Prepare and review leases for prospective residents.
- Perform regular walk-throughs of tour paths to ensure proper presentation and cleanliness of the building.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Leasing Assistants.
- Accurately complete comp reports for submission to the Director of Market Research.
- Cook up and coordinate with the Resident Manager on scheduling move-ins and providing punch lists for unit turns.
- Conduct move-in inspections thoroughly and professionally.
- Evaluate unit conditions and provide recommendations for potential renovations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Leasing Agent.
- Active Real Estate Salesperson License required.
- Strong knowledge of rent stabilization regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret credit reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
