Responsibilities

• Helping prospective residents find the right apartment home
• Using high-level communication skills and strategic consultative selling skills
• Providing a positive and genuine experience for residents
• Ensuring renewals become the norm rather than a challenge

Qualifications

• A customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
• A self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• A working knowledge of social media and Microsoft Office products
• A solid understanding of marketing concepts
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A timely, organized, and efficient approach to work

• A professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales savvy and a willingness to assist others in finding the right home
