Floating Leasing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to join our team at Wayne Station, The Athens, and Plymouth Pointe. This position involves more than just signing leases; it's about fostering meaningful connections with residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and prospective renters
• MATCH prospects with their perfect apartment home
• Give tours (in-person, virtual, self-guided)
• Process applications and prepare lease paperwork
• Help get apartments ready for move-in
• KEEP our model and tour path looking top-notch
• PITCH in on social media and resident events
• SUPPORT outreach and marketing efforts
• BUILD lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Two years sales and/or customer service experience required
• Apt. leasing experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Has a knack for turning great conversations into lasting relationships

Pay & Schedule

• Pay range: $22-$26.44/hour
• Type: Full Time including Saturdays
