About the role

Foothills Child Development is a licensed childcare center seeking Teacher Aides/Floaters to support all age groups. We are a family-oriented, close-knit organization.

Schedule

Required shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm.

Pay

$14–16 per hour, based on education and experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass all background checks
• Minimum age 18 years
• Previous childcare experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff breaks, filling in for absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the direction of the lead teacher.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
