About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Float Relationship Banking Supervisor to join our Branch team at the Douglas Branch. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact in your community.
Responsibilities
- Aid the manager in establishing a sales culture and achieving branch sales goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all UniBank products and services.
- Oversee and audit operational procedures, including safe deposit, negotiable instruments, night deposits, etc.
- May perform as a vault teller, managing cash distribution, verification, and proof.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and Bank policies.
- Assist the Branch manager with security and compliance obligations, including displaying required posters.
- Supervise employees in the retail department, providing guidance and feedback.
- Support the team by verifying transactions, signing checks, and providing overrides as necessary.
- Participate and assist in community and networking events.
- Manage the Branch in the absence of the Relationship Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role required.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a retail environment required, preferably in retail banking.
- Excellent verbal, math, and customer service skills.
- Clerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Cash handling and customer service experience required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to mentor and lead others.
- Travel to other Branch locations as needed.
- Participation in bank-sponsored events during non-bank hours.

Pay
The estimated base hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr to $35.00/hr. Final hourly offer will be determined based on a particular candidate's unique combination of factors.
