Flex Security Officer – Full time and Part Time

Position Details

Location: Portland, OR 97214
Pay: $23–$25 per hour
Employment: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Flex coverage across all shifts, including graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays, scheduled vacations, and different work sites
Position type: Unarmed security

Duties

• Conduct mobile patrols on foot or by motor vehicle
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Provide professional customer care and communicate with empathy
• Keep accurate activity logs and prepare detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activity
• Help maintain a safe, positive environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon DPSST security certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Two years of experience Security experience
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills
• Ability to work any shift and provide coverage at multiple sites
