- ), Compensation Transparency (pay range), Local Ordinance Compliance (list of laws), What Tops The Tank (benefits list). Also maybe "Locations: El Monte, CA (Onsite)" and "Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time". Should we include these as metadata? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include location and employment type in a short paragraph. We must use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can choose headings that match content: "About Flexcar", "Role Overview", "What You’ll Do" maybe split into subheadings? But we need to use
for section headings. Could have multiple
sections: About Flexcar, Role Overview, Recalls, Registration & Titling, Customer & Site Coordination, What Drives Success, Compensation, Local Ordinance Compliance, Benefits. However we should avoid thin sections; combine where appropriate. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for duties we can have
- each duty. For requirements (What Drives Success) also list. For benefits list.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no
Fleet Support Specialist. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated ($27 – $29.50 per hour). Benefits are stated (list). Schedule? Not explicitly stated except "Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require." That's schedule info. Should we include a Schedule section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include schedule within What Drives Success or as its own section? It's a bullet under What Drives Success. Could keep it there. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive sections: - Locations: El Monte, CA (Onsite) - Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time - Compensation: $27 – $29.50 per hour + Plus full benefits (eligible Day One) - About Flexcar paragraph (two paragraphs? Actually one paragraph about Flexcar reimagining car ownership, then second about fleet etc.) - Role Overview paragraph - What You’ll Do: - Recalls: bullet list of actions (Place manufacturer recall holds..., Process documentation..., Notify customers..., Partner with site teams..., Generate and maintain reports...) - Registration & Titling: bullet list (Serve as a liaison..., Verify that newly infleeted vehicles..., Track registration expirations..., Maintain accurate digital registration records..., Audit registration work...) - Customer & Site Coordination: bullet list (Communicate with customers..., Ship registration materials..., Manage inventory..., Back up the team..., Complete other assigned tasks...) - What Drives Success in This Role: bullet list (Ownership mindset..., Strong organization & time management..., Attention to detail..., Comfort with technology..., Operational discipline..., Clear communicator..., Team-oriented approach..., Schedule flexibility..., Eligibility requirements: Valid driver’s license..., At least 18 years old) - Compensation Transparency (California – SB 1162): paragraph about hourly pay range $27.00 – $29.50 per hour, explanation. - Local Ordinance Compliance: paragraph listing laws. - What Tops The Tank (Benefit Eligibility Day One): bullet list of benefits (Accrual of up to 80 hours of PTO..., Paid Sick Leave..., Company-paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, Medical/dental/vision coverage, HSA/FSA options, Life and disability insurance, Weekly pay, Uniforms provided, Employee referral bonus, Employee discount on Flexcar services) - Work Authorization: paragraph (Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Flexcar participates in E-Verify where required by law.) This is substantive? Might be considered boilerplate but it's a requirement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Work Authorization is legal but maybe considered required info. However it's similar to legal boilerplate. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". Work Authorization is legal. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove? But it's substantive info about eligibility. However they also have eligibility requirements earlier (driver's license, 18+). Work Authorization is separate. I'd keep it as a short paragraph under a section maybe "Eligibility". But we already have eligibility requirements in What Drives Success. Could combine. - At-Will Employment: likely boilerplate legal; remove. - Job Description Disclaimer: boilerplate; remove. - EEO paragraph: remove. - Share Apply...: remove. - Optional questions: remove. Thus final HTML: maybe structure:
Location: El Monte, CA (Onsite)
Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
