Fleet Support Administrator (Weekend Schedule)
About the role
You will ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs. You will assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers to keep our fleet running smoothly. You will prepare new vehicles for rental, handling tasks like adding documentation, decals, and tags, and ensuring they are added to our inventory system, ready for our customers. You will oversee the preparation of vehicles for disposal, completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs. You will monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand, ensuring efficient and organized fleet management.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability

Schedule
You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane.
Uniform & Language

Pay
Starting hourly pay of $27.75.
