Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized fleet-wide maintenance programs for planned and unplanned work across renewable technologies.
- Evaluate existing programs and integrate enhanced or new maintenance initiatives to support long-term reliability and safe operations.
- Partner with site and fleet personnel to support maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Afford support new site development, commissioning, and construction activities from a maintenance readiness perspective.
- Evaluate fleet maintenance performance using industry-standard metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement and drive corrective or preventive actions at a program level.
- Provide oversight of weather-readiness and seasonal maintenance programs, including storm, cold weather, and extreme condition preparedness.
- Assist with the training and development of site personnel in support of maintenance activities, standards, and best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing and consistency across sites to reduce variability in maintenance execution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Engineering, and other internal groups to define scopes of work and support fleet maintenance and repair agreements.
- Serve as a key liaison between site teams and corporate functions on maintenance-related initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
