About the role
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining optimal vehicle maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily vehicle dispatching and tracking
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with drivers to address any issues or concerns
- Prepare reports on fleet performance and maintenance needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience with fleet management software
