Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with fleet monitoring or DCA tools (e.g., FMAudit, PrintAnista, MPS Monitor, PrintFleet) is a plus—training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in both independent and cross-functional team environments.
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant coursework or certifications in IT, business, or customer support a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, IT, customer service, or analyst role.
- Experience working in Managed Services, technology support, or fleet management environments preferred.
- Familiarity with HP WebJetAdmin or similar device management platforms is a plus.
- Ledgers or project coordination experience is beneficial but not required.
