Fleet Administrator EMPACT

About the role

The Fleet Administrator position at EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center supports the day-to-day operations of the agency's fleet. This includes managing vendor services, conducting vehicle inspections, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and oversight of the agency’s fleet.
  • Oversee fleet vendor services and contracts.
  • Inspect vehicles monthly and log inspections using fleet tracking software.
  • Work with vendors and approved mechanics for predictive, preventative, and emergent maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records to comply with agency requirements.
  • Manage projects and demonstrate the ability to multitask to meet responsibilities.
  • Monitor and respond to the agency’s service desk requests related to fleet.
  • Assist with facilities service desk tickets, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Demonstrate initiative to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Review and approve purchases for fleet, including obtaining bids and price comparisons.
  • Communicate weekly with direct management regarding workload, work scheduled, pending workload, or any other concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Previous experience supporting commercial fleet.
  • A valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years.
  • Regular access to reliable transportation.
  • At least 21 years of age at time of employment.
