Primary Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and registrations for each vehicle
- Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all company vehicles
- Cook up coordination with external vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing, and inspections.
- Act on all accident management-related inquiries/tasks.
- Monitor tracking and usage of vehicles to identify areas for improvement
- Generate reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and utilization rates.
- Provide support to the COO/VP of Operations where required.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
