Flatbed Semi Driver

About the role

Jones & Sons is seeking a Flatbed Semi Driver at our Bloomfield, IN location. Founded in 1971, we are a family-owned business with operations across Southwest Indiana, serving the Ready Mixed Concrete, Block, Brick, Precast Concrete, and Aggregates markets.

Responsibilities

• Flatbed truck deliveries of various items including concrete block, brick, and concrete precast structures
• Help with loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• May be trained on other equipment and work in other areas of the plant as needed

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Knowledge of flatbed operation (a plus)
• Experience operating a forklift (a plus)
• Ability to secure uneven loads
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical dexterity required

Qualifications

Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens, criminal background check, and driving record review.
