Fixed Operations Specialist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Fixed Operations Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support district and zone operations by partnering closely with managers to improve performance, remove operational obstacles, and strengthen execution across fixed operations. The specialist will help drive revenue growth, elevate KPI attainment, and ensure field-level initiatives stay aligned with broader business objectives. Success in this position depends on strong advisory skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to translate operational needs into actionable plans. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to district and zone managers
• Drive revenue growth and meet KPIs through effective initiatives
• Address and resolve zone and district operational needs
• Develop and document action plans to tackle district challenges
• Ensure alignment with corporate goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in fixed or sales operations
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in parts and service operations
• Up to 75% travel is required for the role
• Valid driver's license per state requirements

Pay

$112,800 – $149,800 annually
