About the role
KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor and sales expert, driving strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, generate demand, and help shape healthier, more active communities.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills
- Manage a CRM by targeting market segments such as higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, as well as specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers
- Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of our highly supportive, multi-disciplinary, and centralized resource teams
- Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale
Requirements
- A college degree is preferred
- Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism
