About the role

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and outdoor wellness, serving as a trusted advisor and sales expert to drive strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills to articulate the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events
• Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments such as higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, as well as specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers
• Create product awareness and demand by building a pipeline through activity-based sales
• Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale

Requirements

• A college degree is preferred
• Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism is essential
