About the role
KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and sales expert, driving strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills
- Manage a CRM system to target market segments such as higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers
- Create product awareness and demand by presenting KOMPAN equipment at industry events
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of the company's resource teams
- Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process, from design to installation and post-sale
Requirements
- A college degree is preferred
- Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism is required
Qualifications
- Passionate about fitness and outdoor wellness
- Ability to build strong relationships and generate demand
- Knowledge of KOMPAN's products and their applications
- Experience in the fitness and/or outdoor equipment industry is a plus

Pay
The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions.
