About the role

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and sales expert, driving strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
  • Possess strong presentation and communication skills
  • Manage a CRM system to target market segments such as higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers
  • Create product awareness and demand by presenting KOMPAN equipment at industry events
  • Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of the company's resource teams
  • Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process, from design to installation and post-sale

Requirements

  • A college degree is preferred
  • Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
  • A high degree of integrity and professionalism is required

Qualifications

  • Passionate about fitness and outdoor wellness
  • Ability to build strong relationships and generate demand
  • Knowledge of KOMPAN's products and their applications
  • Experience in the fitness and/or outdoor equipment industry is a plus

Pay

The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions.
