About the role

Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. $22.03/hour, union role.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing.
• Respond to guest needs and requests while exceeding expectations.
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines and act with a sense of urgency.
• Perform guest service functions such as clearing plates, wiping down bar, and setting up dining areas.
• Maintain service areas and communicate guest issues to management.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and cash handling guidelines.
• Employ good safety, sanitation, and product control practices.
• Complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in training materials.
• Display a positive attitude and assist teammates as needed.
• Be punctual and ready to perform all required duties.

Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain service area.
• Walk and stand during entire shift.
• Handle job hazards including slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with managers, guests, and teammates.

Skills

• Able to move and change kegs and operate draft system.
• Able to work in all areas of the department (any bar location).
