About the role

Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. This is a union position paying $22.03/hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing
• Respond to guest needs and requests while exceeding expectations
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines and act with a sense of urgency
• Perform guest service functions (e.g., clearing plates, wiping down bar, setting up dining areas)
• Maintain service areas and communicate guest issues to management
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies and cash handling guidelines
• Employ good safety, sanitation, and product control practices
• Complete station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines
• Display a positive attitude and assist teammates as needed
• Arrive on time and ready to perform all required duties

Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain service area
• Stand and walk for entire shift
• Handle job hazards (e.g., slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, strains)
• Legal age to serve alcohol with any required certifications
• Effectively communicate with managers, guests, and teammates in English
• Able to move and change kegs and operate draft system
• Flexible to work in all areas of the department (any bar location)
