About the role

Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. This is a union role paying $19.45/hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Understand menu content and always exceed guest expectations.
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines and act with a sense of urgency.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests; respond to guest needs and requests.
• Ensure food quality and timeliness.
• Communicate guest issues to management and follow cash handling, tip reporting, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment; maintain service areas.
• Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
• Thoroughly complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities.
• Adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Display a positive attitude toward teammates and managers; be on time and ready to perform required duties.
• Assist fellow team members whenever necessary.

Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain service area.
• English reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Possible job hazards include slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains.
• Walk and stand during entire shift.

Skills & Qualifications

• Able to lift and transport up to 100 pounds.
• Able to move and change kegs and operate draft system.
• Able to navigate concourse/work areas with guest safety in mind.
• Able to maintain warehouse/commissary cleanliness.
• Act with a sense of urgency and perform in a high-paced environment.
• Display a positive and professional demeanor/communication toward fellow staff and management.
• Strong organizational skills.
