About the role
Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. This is a union role paying $16.13/hour.

Responsibilities
- Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
- Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing.
- Establish rapport with guests/members and use suggestive/upselling techniques.
- Exceed guest expectations and adhere to location appearance guidelines.
- Act with urgency to provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
- Deliver properly prepared beverages in a timely manner and respond to guest needs.
- Maintain service areas and follow cash handling/tip reporting guidelines.
- Accurately use POS system and employ good safety/sanitation practices.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies and proper product control.
- Handle all inventory/equipment and follow Core Levy beverage recipes/specifications.
- Complete station set-up/breakdown responsibilities and communicate guest issues to management.
- Adhere to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines in team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Display a positive attitude, help teammates, and be punctual for all shifts.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume capacity preferred.
- Lift and transport up to 100 lbs; frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean.
- Stand and walk for entire shift.
- English reading, writing, and math skills required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications.
- Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and teammates in English.
- Possible job hazards include slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts, and strains.
Skills & Qualifications
- Accurate POS system use.
- Previous bartending experience and ability to make cocktails/pour liquor.
- Possess Class D Operator’s license.
- Able to lift/transport up to 50 pounds.
- Practice responsible alcohol service (RAS) and abide by Levy, Bucks, city, and state alcohol policies.
- ServSafe certification required.
