Club Barback

About the role

Levy is seeking a Club Barback to support operations at the Kaseya Center. This role is responsible for maintaining beverage inventory, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a clean and organized bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and delivers liquor, beer, wine, food items, and garnishes to the bar area as needed.
• Replenishes liquor, beer, and wine throughout the shift and sets up bottles on the bar with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are functioning properly and places bar snacks on the counter.
• Assists with opening and closing side work, including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors; sweeping and mopping service areas; and removing rubbish from receptacles.
• Buses tables in the bar area and keeps supplies stocked.
• Prepares and serves beverages to assist bartenders as needed.
