Fiscal Specialist (Walterboro)
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
- Serve as administrative support to the Job Readiness Training Center (JRTC).
- Schedule consumers for JRTC orientation.
- Enter data into the Master Payroll and KRONOS System.
- Provide clerical support to the Center Manager regarding SCEIS sales and distribution transactions.
- Maintain P-Card use, print revolving fund checks, and manage files related to the JRTC.
- Operate as Time Administrator.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- Associate's degree in Office Systems Technology (Secretarial Science) or Accounting and one year of clerical/accounting work experience; or
- A High School diploma and three years of clerical accounting work experience.
- Ability to type 35 WPM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Fleet Management.
