Requirements And Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following general criteria:

• Education: B.Sc, HND, or higher (MBA is an added advantage) in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant banking experience for most managerial roles. Leadership, credit, marketing, and customer relationship management experience are highly valued.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, financial analysis, sales, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Other: NYSC completion (where applicable), professional certifications, and proven track record in banking operations.

Salary And Benefits

First Bank offers competitive compensation packages. Estimated monthly salaries range from:

• Relationship Manager: ₦350,000 – ₦700,000
• Business Manager: ₦500,000 – ₦1,200,000
• Senior/Team Lead roles: ₦700,000 – ₦1,500,000+
