Responsible for estimating costs and preparing project proposals for special projects in the fire protection industry.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for fire protection systems and equipment
• Prepare detailed project proposals and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
• Research market trends and competitor pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
