Fire Protection Estimator/Designer

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and developing or modifying fire protection system layouts in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope, validate quantities, and refine designs as needed. The Estimator/Designer will analyze material and labor requirements, prepare bid proposals, and maintain organized project documentation. This position requires consistent communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings, while managing multiple projects and deadlines independently. Qualifications : Experience in estimating/designing. Preffered estimating but designing/engineering will work.
