Fire Arm Training Sales and Enrollment Coach

About the role

United Defense Tactical in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced salesperson with firearms experience to join the team as an Enrollment Coach. This is a sales‑focused position that involves conducting introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations, as well as building relationships with prospects to enroll them in membership‑based training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 90‑minute introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations.
• Get to know prospects, understand why they’re interested in training, and connect programs to their goals.
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with new leads, no‑shows, and previous prospects.
• Communicate with prospects throughout the day by phone, text, and email.
• Manage leads, notes, appointments, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals.
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline, proactively reaching out to prospects rather than waiting for inbound contact.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing.
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, and working a lead pipeline.
• Organized and consistent with follow‑up.
• Ability to connect with both experienced shooters and newcomers to firearms.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable being accountable for numbers.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Military, law enforcement, security, or professional firearms experience is a plus (not required).
• Experience with ClubReady, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay plus uncapped commission; expected OTE $75,000–$100,000+.

Schedule

Full‑Time
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening and weekend availability is required.
