Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Provide expert consultations to clients on fire alarm systems, including new installations and upgrades
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies in fire safety systems
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in the fire alarm industry
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Experience with fire alarm system brands such as EST and Notifier is a plus
