Finished Goods Clerk

About the role

We are hiring a Finished Goods Clerk to join our Finished Goods team! This position requires physically maneuvering heavy items on a continuous basis. You will manually pull and pack parts for shipments and identify hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between the following duties: pull and pack parts for shipment, receive and stock parts into various locations using a forklift, and assist with questions about inventory and back-order availability.
• Review received orders, pull the appropriate parts from a rack, load into a bin and place orders in the staging area for packing and shipping while verifying accurate quantity and part number.
• Identify Hazardous Materials markings and label appropriately as required by regulated shipping standards.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory and ensure the Finished Goods area is clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• At least 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs. and 75lbs. on occasion.
• Basic Hazardous Materials knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as a strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.

• Must have prior experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75lbs.

Hiring Range: $17.00- $24.58
