Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting. Duties include greeting guests, seating customers, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their reservations
• Seat guests appropriately and maintain a professional demeanor
• Manage guest expectations and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
