About the role

As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of Teachers Federal Credit Union. You will assist in handling member inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining member records.

Responsibilities

• Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process loan applications and assist with loan modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
• Provide educational resources on financial products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
