About the role
As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate financial transactions are processed efficiently. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients to provide prompt and professional assistance.
- Process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Identify areas for improvement in client services and suggest enhancements to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
