Benefits

• Starting compensation of $56,900 during training ($27.36/hr.) plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
• Potential to increase their total compensation to $64,790 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases: $58,900 base ($28.32/hr.) 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Schedule

Potential to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts including up to 20% additional compensation, dependent on shift
