Financial Services Representative
About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and process financial product applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing information and resolve documentation issues.
- Communicate with Financial Advisors, Financial Professionals, and internal business partners via phone and email.
- Research and resolve application discrepancies.
- Process a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Follow established procedures, compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure applications are approved and placed in force efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business partners by phone and email.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree.
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or operations experience.
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Experience processing applications, documentation, policies, claims, or financial transactions.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
