About the role

The Financial Services Representative (FSR) drives loan sales, manages past-due accounts, prepares tax returns, and assists customers with their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting high-volume outbound calls for collections, applications, and new business
• Meeting with customers in person to process loans, payments, and tax services
• Handling delinquent accounts, securing payments, and setting arrangements
• Preparing tax returns and maintaining accurate records
• Balancing cash and completing bank deposits
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections with proven results
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
