About the Role
LPL Financial is seeking motivated professionals interested in building a long-term career in financial services. The position involves handling inbound calls and service inquiries from financial advisors, requiring strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls (35-40 per day) from financial advisors, addressing account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests.
- Research and resolve complex service issues while navigating multiple systems and resources.
- Learn and apply new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Balance quality service with productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to find solutions and build trust with advisors.
- Pursue licensing and professional development opportunities as part of long-term career growth.
Requirements
- Interest in financial services and a long-term career in the industry.
- Strong customer service experience, particularly in high-demand environments (e.g., service industry, hospitality).
- Ability to identify solutions quickly, take ownership of interactions, and explain complex situations clearly.
- High-end customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse interactions.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and concepts rapidly.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously and remaining composed under pressure.
Qualifications
- College degree or relevant work experience (liberal arts backgrounds welcome).
- SIE Certification is a plus and may qualify for higher pay but is not required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,000 per year.
Schedule
- Training: 5 days on-site (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) for the first 4-6 weeks in Tempe, AZ.
- Post-training: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Shift assignments determined after training based on business and team needs.
