Financial Reporting Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity based in Houston, TX. The selected candidate will be employed directly by the client.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow preparation and analysis.
• Manage the XBRL process and ensure assignments are completed.
• Own portions of MD&A.
• Review assigned 10-Q and 10-K sections.
• Manage standalone GAAP financial statement compilations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 8+ years of hands-on SEC financial reporting experience.
• 8+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with specific 10-Q/10-K sections, accounting guidance, and formation of disclosures.
