Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Company's financial records, overseeing compliance with U.S. GAAP, and supporting management with reliable financial information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate year-end financial statement audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Assist in the development of accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
