Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Financial Reporting Manager, where you'll lead a team that's responsible for supporting the operational, financial, and regulatory needs of investment fund clients. In this leadership role, you will oversee regulatory filings, financial statement reporting, fund expense management, Board reporting, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, service providers, and regulatory agencies, you will coordinate key fund activities, foster strong client relationships, and drive exceptional service delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• CPA certified or candidate
• Eight or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Thorough knowledge of operational issues involving Mutual Funds
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect the mutual fund industry and their clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of PC applications
• Pioneering relationship building skills

Location Requirements

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range

$98,175.00 - $115,500.00
