Key Responsibilities For The Financial Reporting Manager Direct the monthly consolidation process and oversee the preparation of internal and external financial reporting deliverables. Manage all SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other regulatory filings. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews, annual audits, and related engagements. Oversee financial reporting controls, SOX compliance, and governance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Support executive leadership with financial insights, reporting analytics, and strategic finance initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for accounting team members, including responsibility for the consolidation function. Qualifications For The Financial Reporting Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Active CPA designation required. 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and corporate accounting experience. Public accounting background strongly preferred, ideally at the Manager or Senior Manager level supporting publicly traded clients. Deep knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial consolidations.
