Financial Procurement Coordinator
About the role
The Financial Procurement Coordinator supports the financial, administrative, reporting, and systems functions of the Procurement Department. This position ensures procurement processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and facilities receive timely support for vendor and purchasing needs.
Responsibilities
- Track capital expenditure requests
- Maintain accurate contract data in Contract Management Software
- Manage the purchasing inbox
- Promptly address facility vendor questions and DSSI access requests
- Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) logistics
- Develop routine procurement reports and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (required)
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
- 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration (preferred but not required)
- Internship or co-op experience (a plus)
