About the role

As an experienced Financial Management Analyst within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP), you will perform one or more financial activities across various finance functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Responsibilities may include:

  • Financial analysis, performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities such as variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning, risk and opportunities assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Integrating information from multiple financial systems and processes to consolidate data forensics into actionable business recommendations.
  • Consolidating financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.
  • Developing forward-looking data analytics, visualization, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
  • Providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders for sound financial and operating decisions.
  • Maintaining compliance with internal and external policies (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) and controls.
  • Supporting proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or 5 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • Experience in financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, or program scheduling.

Skills

  • Systems, Applications Products Software (SAP).
  • Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
  • Developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
  • Cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra, or Cost Point.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $100,200.00 – $186,200.00

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per month and receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month, up to 52 hours of sick leave annually, and receive at least 96 hours for holidays. Hours are prorated based on start date.
