About the role

You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Finance Operations Team, responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting across multiple finance functions.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative financial leader with deep expertise in FP&A, program finance, and accounting. You excel at turning complex data into clear business insights and driving strategic decisions that impact mission success.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate financial results and produce reports for orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, and discretionary funding.
  • Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and risk-opportunity assessments to develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and forecasting models to guide strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • BS Degree.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired Skills

  • Deltek COBRA / earned value experience.
  • Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process.
  • Experience with Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR) formats.
  • Experience with SAP / MRP systems.
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

This position is in Orlando, Florida.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $72,500.00 - $134,600.00. The salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
