Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive projects and programs across Target’s portfolio of financial products and services, including payments, credit, debit, and stored value
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage data, insights, and industry trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence decisions that impact guest experience, growth, and profitability
  • Own key program and project management processes, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities while advancing scalable solutions, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects and programs, and where applicable, develop and coach team members
  • Connect teams and channels, navigate ambiguity, and align internal and external partners around shared priorities
  • Create clear plans, manage risks and dependencies, and drive decisions through execution

Requirements

  • Four-year degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in project or program management, financial services, payments, retail, consulting, or related business functions
  • Strong project/program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data skills, including experience using data and analytical tools to translate complex information into clear plans, recommendations, and actions
  • Experience building and managing cross-functional relationships, influencing partners at multiple levels, and driving alignment and execution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex projects, programs, or workstreams with significant business impact, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across multiple teams and partners
