Financial Consultant Senior

About the role

The Financial Consultant Senior role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Responsibilities

• Works with management to provide decision support analysis.
• Conducts and documents complex financial and business related analyses and research fields including financial and expense performance.
• Focuses on business improvement initiatives and leads and directs projects.
• Provides guidance to less experienced financial consultants.
• Provides insightful and action-oriented financial analysis to Finance/Business partners.
• Provide relevant reporting and actively participate in business decisions, including financial and risk trade-offs and implications.
• Clearly and concisely articulate the story (focusing on the why and not just the what) - develop analytics, draw conclusions, and communicate risk early.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in accounting or finance and a minimum of 5 years budgeting, forecasting and accounting financial reporting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences

• MBA, CPA, CMA, FSA, and/or CFA preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this specific position is $85,280 to $127,920. Location: Virginia
