Financial Analyst (Primarily Remote)Vaco has partnered with an exciting organization to hire a Financial Analyst in Chandler, Arizona! $85,000-$90,000 base salary + bonus (depending on experience)Chandler, AZ (Primarily Remote Schedule) Perks and Opportunities:Flexible work environment with limited on-site requirements (1-2 days per month in office)High-visibility role partnering with finance leadership and contributing to key business decisionsStrong growth opportunity within a collaborative team environment, with mentorship and exposure to strategic planning and forecasting initiatives Responsibilities include:Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports to support business performance reviewsAssist with budget planning, forecasting activities, and long-range financial projectionsDevelop analytical models used to evaluate business performance and operational initiativesProduce management reporting and KPI dashboards using Excel and business intelligence toolsMonitor financial results, identify performance trends, and communicate findings to stakeholdersInvestigate variances and provide recommendations based on underlying business driversGenerate actionable insights from large and complex data setsPartner with accounting and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and decision supportDeliver financial presentations and analysis to leadership teamsContribute to process improvements and ongoing reporting enhancements Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Required)2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar analytical role (Required)Experience supporting a manufacturing or product-based business environment (Preferred)Advanced Excel capabilities including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting functionsKnowledge of financial statements and key financial performance metricsExperience creating financial models and performing ad hoc analysisUnderstanding of accounting principles, general ledger activity, and financial reporting processesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and explain business performanceAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environmentBy submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
