The position supports travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward. Primary Responsibilities Review and maintain financial analyst records connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, payroll inputs, or supporting documentation.Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or required follow-up.Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.Communicate professionally when additional customer, vendor, employee, or internal information is needed.Protect sensitive business information and follow documented approval and record-retention procedures.
