Financial Analyst

Duties And Responsibilities The Financial Analyst position is responsible for providing financial results and analysis to support reporting, budgeting, planning, and forecast that meet Company goals and objectives. Works with all levels of employees, including Executive leadership in the Company to analyze, research, prepare, and communicate financial and operating information. The position requires detailed financial analysis, accuracy, initiative, and effective communication skills. The Incumbent Will Prepare accurate and timely budget and projectionsFinancial analysis, guidance, and reportingAccurate projection of earnings, capital, and cash flow requirements Support business partners ensuring all targets are met Prepare analysis and reports for internal management and business unitsBuild strong working relationships with internal and external partners to respond to their needs Assist in the managing of the Company’s investment portfolioAnalyze business challenges and opportunities, oftentimes through special projects, and provide solutions to achieve financial targets and improve financial or operational performanceResponsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies Note: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable otherwise qualified associates/applicants with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and proceduresFirm grasp of key financial concepts including net income and cash flow analysisAbility to stay organized and use effective time management skills as demonstrated in previous experience managing multiple tasks within assigned deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to accurately type using a keyboardEffective strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of: Sustained standing and sittingFrequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitorOccasional presentations requiring public speaking to small groups Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbsNormal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise EOE/AA
